General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all guided tour services offered byr Oaï not Marseille, as part of private walking tours in Marseille, for individuals and professionals (agencies, companies, schools, associations).
2. Reservation
Bookings are made by email or telephone. A written confirmation is sent by email with details of the service: meeting point, number of participants, duration of the visit and price.
3. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros, net (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the CGI).
The price shown includes only the guided tour. The following are not included:
- transport
- Food and refreshments
- personal purchases
- ancillary activities
- accommodation
- Payment by bank transfer before the visit, or in cash/cheque on the same day.
- For day visits, a 30% deposit is required upon booking.
- A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the service.
- The balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the date of the visit.
- A visit can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- After this period, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation on our part (unforeseen circumstances, health problems, etc.), the deposit will be refunded and a new date may be offered.
- Tours take place even in the rain. Please come dressed accordingly!
- of an accident, incident or injury occurring during the visit,
- loss or theft of personal belongings,
- from a bad experience with a merchant or partner recommended during the visit.

Participants are strongly advised to be covered byfor civil liability insurance or travel insurance.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the place where the business is located.
